It's called a trade paperback. They were then re-released as mass market paperbacks (in the smaller format) several months later. The third one will also be released in a smaller format eventually. I got the Saga in Dutch, from the Demonata I got the first 8 in Dutch (living in Belgium and book 6-10 in English as well. I discovered this series under the name D.B. Shan, bought the first one, read it and decided to buy the other two (in English). I got the third book today (bought online at Waterstones) and I must say I'm a bit dissappointed. But why are you changing you're cover name? I bought procession before i knew it was you, just thought it was a coincidence of surnames, when i found out it was cool. So why change the name?
